Alan Foster completed his undergraduate in biosystems engineering at Clemson University and served in the Peace Corps’ WASH program (’05-’07), living and working with the indigenous populations of eastern Panama. Mr. Foster returned to Panama in 2010 to continue development work with focus on the WASH and renewable energy sectors. He currently serves as the Panama country director and chair of the board of directors for the U.S. 501c3 Solea Water while residing in eastern Panama with his family. He is pursuing a MS in Applied International Development through Arizona State University.
